OUR APPROACH IS ADAPTED TO EACH CASE OF SPECIES

In 2006, our firm was selected by the DPM (the French Bureau of Population and Migration, under the French Department of Labor) to conduct a study on the status of seconded executives and professional trainees in France. The study was delivered in July 2006 and led to several meetings with ministerial representatives (DPM, DDTEFP [the local bureaus of Labor, Employment and Vocational Training], Bureau of Social Security) wherefrom several proposals emerged for changing and simplifying existing statutes and procedures.
