COVID-19: Promulgation of Emergency Law to deal with the Covid-19 epidemic

Following the press release of the Ministry of Interior on 16 March 2020, Emergency Law n° 2020-290 of 23 March 2020 to deal with the Covid-19 epidemic, and Order n° 2020-328  of 26 March 2020 have now been promulgated.
