Karl Waheed

Founder

Karl Waheed is a member of both New York (1987) and Paris (1993) Bars and is the founder of Karl WaheedAvocats. He regularly participates in conferences organized by the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Union Internationale des Avocats lecturing about topics of special interest to international mobility experts. He had articles published by the International Bar Association and in the Bulletin de Migration du gouvernement français,La Revue du personnel.

Camille Merveilleux

Practice Manager

Camille Merveilleux majored in International Relations in the scope of her Master’s Degree in English Studies and International Relationships at La Sorbonne. After her first work experience in a Franco-Japanese company as Mobility Manager, Camille joined Karl WaheedAvocats in 2005.

Andreea Haulbert

Associate – Practice Development Manager

Lawyer at Paris Bar, Andreea Haulbert holds a Master’s degree in Private Law (University of Nantes) and in European Intelligence studies (University of Nantes Marne-la-Vallée). She also graduated at the Universitatea Constantin Brâncusi in Romania with a Master’s degree in Law, Judicial and Administrative Sciences. She joined Karl Waheed Avocats in October 2006.

Fanny Laredo

Associate - Manager

Lawyer at Paris Bar, Fanny Laredo holds a Master’s degree in "Theory and Practice of Human Rights" (University Pierre Mendes-France in Grenoble) and a Master’s degree in Political Science in International Relations (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). She previously worked as a legal expert in Law firms and NGO’s specialized in Immigration Law.

Jelena Karan

Senior Consultant

Jelena Karan holds a Master’s degree in Economics and International Business Management from Vaasa University in Finland, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the EcoleSupérieure de Management in Marne-la-Vallée. She joined Karl WaheedAvocats in March 2007.

Grégory Saulmé

Associate

Laywer at Paris Bar, Grégory Saulmé holds a Law-Linguist Master‘s Degree (University of Poitiers) as well as a Master’s Degree in International and European Relations (University of Pau & Pays de l’Adour). He also holds a Certification in Law from the University of Cambrige (United Kingdom). Grégory joined Karl Waheed Avocats in November 2011.

Floriane Couture

Senior Consultant

Floriane Couture holds a Master 1 degree in European Law, a diploma in Foreign Languages applied to Common Law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Master 2 degree in Human Ressources Management and Global Mobility from the IAE Gustave Eiffel in Marne-la-Vallée. She joined Karl Waheed Avocats in 2012.

Nicolas Jade Bitar

Senior Consultant

Holding a Master’s degree in European Union Law from University Paris II and a Master’s degree in Labor Law -international movement of workers from the Work Studies Institute of Lyon (IETL) in University Lyon 2, Jade has also studied one semester at the Law Faculty of Can Tho University in Vietnam. He has worked in professional immigration in Singapore before joining Karl Waheed Avocats in December 2015.

Camille Guyonnet

Senior Consultant

Camille holds a Master 2 in Law and European Studies with a specialization in Human Rights, from the Institute of Advanced European Studies (IHEE) in Strasbourg, and a Master 1 in Public Law with a Public Governance option from the University of Clermont-Ferrand..After a first experience as a lawyer with the law firm Leigh Day & Co in London, Camille joined the firm in October 2009 and held the position of consultant until 2018. She then held the position of Manager in a legal and social service for 4 years in an accounting firm before joining the firm again in July 2022.

Amandine holds a Master degree in Labour Law - International movement of workers from the Work Studies Institute of Lyon (IETL – Université Lumières Lyon 2). Amandine joined Karl Waheed Avocats in May 2014 and is currently a Junior Consultant.
